What the numbers mean

TTFB under 150ms feels instant to most visitors. 99.9% uptime still allows roughly 43 minutes of downtime a month, which is why we favour providers that beat it. CPU and network matter most for busy stores, APIs and app servers; for a low-traffic site, price and support usually matter more than raw throughput.

Benchmark figures are sample data pending verification. Every run in this set was recorded from US-East; your real-world numbers will vary with location, plan and configuration.
